- The same idea as the paper card by the till, but the card lives in your customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Every visit earns a stamp, a full card earns a reward. The difference is the card is never lost, and you see everything in a dashboard.
- Do customers need to download an app?
- No. The card is added in one tap from a QR code or link, straight into the Wallet app already on their phone. That is why customers actually join.
- What happens when the card is full?
- The card shows the reward, the customer shows it at the till, you redeem it with one tap in the scanner. The card resets automatically, ready for the next round.
- Can I move my current paper cards over?
- Yes. A customer with six paper stamps gets six digital stamps. You enter the balance at their first scan, or import your customer list via CSV.
