For restaurants
Guests who come back on Tuesdays too.
Friday fills itself. A loyalty program in Wallet fills the rest of the week: points on every visit, an offer when it is quiet, and a review while the dessert still lingers.
Points at payment
The guest scans at the till or the table, points land on the card. No app to push mid-service.
Fill the quiet nights
Send your regulars an offer when the week looks empty: two for one on Tuesday. The message lands on lock screens the same afternoon.
Reviews on the way out
The review card by the till catches the good mood at the door. Five stars on Google are next week's new guests.
How to get started
Pick the model
Points per krone suit à la carte, stamps suit lunch and takeaway. Both work.
QR on the table
On the menu, the receipt or by the till. Guests join while they wait for their food.
Scan and serve
One scan at payment. The waiter uses a phone, the kitchen notices nothing.
Questions from restaurants
- Does it work for takeaway?
- Yes. Put the QR code on the counter or in the bag, and takeaway customers collect points all the same. The Wallet card works whether the guest eats in or picks up.
- Does it need to connect to our POS?
- No. The web scanner stands entirely on its own, on a phone or tablet. An API for POS integration is available on the Chain plan if you want to automate later.
- What should the reward be at a restaurant?
- Something from the kitchen, not a discount. A free dessert or starter after 5 visits costs you little and feels generous. You can adjust the reward at any time.
