Questions about billing
- Do I need a card reader or any hardware?
- No. Staff scan with the phone or tablet you already have, and the NFC cards need no power or pairing. The only thing you can buy is the cards themselves.
- What happens when I pass 100 customers on Start?
- Nothing breaks. We tell you, and existing cards keep working. You upgrade when it suits you, and only new customers are blocked until you do.
- Is there a contract or setup fee?
- Neither. Pro and Chain are monthly and you cancel from the dashboard. Annual billing gets two months free, and we refund the unused part if you leave early.
- Are prices excluding VAT?
- Prices are shown excluding VAT. Norwegian businesses are invoiced with 25% MVA, and you get a proper invoice for the accountant every month.
