Do my customers need to download an app?

No. That is the whole point. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap from a QR code or link. Both come pre-installed on every phone.

What do I need at the counter?

Nothing new. You scan the customer's card with our web scanner on any phone or tablet, or they scan your counter QR. No hardware, no card reader.

How do the NFC review cards work?

Each card holds a chip and a QR with the same short link. A tap opens your Google review page directly, and every tap is counted in your dashboard. Cards can be re-pointed at any time, no reprints.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses go live during a coffee break: pick a card type, upload your logo, print the QR. Our median is under five minutes.

What happens when I update my card design?

Every card that is already in a Wallet updates automatically, usually within seconds. No reprints, no versions in the wild.

Can I move from my current punch cards or loyalty app?

Yes. You can import existing customers and balances via CSV, and we generate a switch campaign so customers move their stamps over in one tap.

Where is my data stored?
