For sports clubs
The membership card sits in the pocket. Not in a drawer at the clubhouse.
Plastic cards cost money, get lost and go stale the day the season turns. A digital membership card in Wallet is always current, and everyone in the club carries it, from the first team to the youngest age group.
Issued in volunteer time
Share a QR in the member letter or the club app, and the whole club holds the card the same evening. No ordering, no print shop, no handing out.
One scan at the door
Matches, training nights and member evenings: one scan shows a valid membership. The kiosk gives the member price without discussion.
The season turns, the card follows
New year, new fee, same card. You update the dashboard, and every card in Wallet changes at once.
How it works
Create the membership card
Club colours, logo and season. The card looks like the club, not like a spreadsheet.
Share with the members
The QR code goes in the member letter, at the clubhouse or in the group chat. One tap and the card sits in Wallet.
Scan at the door and the kiosk
A phone is all the equipment. Volunteers scan without training, and the dashboard counts the visits.
Questions from clubs
- What does it cost for a sports club?
- The free plan covers your first 100 members, with no card reader and no lock-in. Larger clubs pay a flat monthly price. For most clubs that is cheaper than one print run of plastic cards.
- Can we separate member types?
- Yes. Create separate cards for players, supporters and honorary members, each with their own colours and perks. All of them scan the same way at the door.
- What about members without a smartphone?
- The card carries a QR code that can be printed for the few who need it. Same card, same scan at the entrance, so nobody is left out.
